This is slow and controlled to target very specific areas of pain or tension. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface. Cupping or IASTM tools may be used at no additional fee. This service is completely customizable based on the needs of each client. This service can be booked in a 30, 60 or 90 minute session.

SportStretch®
SportStretch® is a floor mat, movement based, full body routine that consists of both actively and passively stretching a client. It can be done as a individual treatment or integrated into the end of a massage. This service is offered in a 30 or 60 minute session.
